**EHS Manager**:
The EHS Manager will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for Saltillo Site. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Initiate and influence integration of EHS policies and practices into the business.
- Implement / modify EHS programs and procedures to ensure company compliance.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and act proactively according.
- Administrate EHS consultants and contractors on related issues.
- Modify and implement compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems.
- Ensure effective EHS education programs are in place
- Provide and determine alternatives for issue resolution.
- Develop and work with site teams focused on EHS program development, implementation and improvement.
- Measure progress toward successfully meeting corporate expectations.
- Manage department budget & function-related costs across site.
- Integrate EHS function with site operations.
- Supervise and coach EHS personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 5 years of experience in the position with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
- Business English

**Abilities**:

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside GE (regulatory agencies).
- Established program management ability.

Salario: A partir de $40,000.00 al mes
