Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Deliver training and coach the “one best way” (1BW) methodology steps and tools that establish the holistic operational excellence program (Medtronic Performance System)

- Establish and execute the MPS University site that provides an immersive learning experience.
- Identify, prioritize, and schedule learning programs and experiences to meet the needs of the business and drive standardization and consistency of approach.
- Successfully deliver learning programs and experiences and achieve high ratings on training effectiveness surveys.
- Monitor and follow up on post-training feedback to assess organizational impact.
- Leverage “Success Sharing” mechanisms that accelerates organizational learning and results.
- Optimize training efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing technology and diverse media options as appropriate for the knowledge and skills development needed.
- Liaison with full team of University Site Leaders to ensure consistency of approach and efficiency in scheduling, registration, and evaluation processes.
- Champion and demonstrate the concept of how the 1BW builds a common language, common process that allows the organization to learn and deliver at Speed and Scale

- Lean Six Sigma certification and savings rates

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Education: BS degree or equivalent degree in Engineering or Science, or other related field of study. MBA, MS, or other technical graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: Certified**:Lean Six Sigma Black Belt **or greater, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt preferred; Solid implementation experience in Lean with value stream transformational experience preferred; A minimum of 10 years of business operations and/or plant manufacturing or engineering experience, which includes a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated process improvement program success and 5 years of managerial experience, which may include roles in project management
- Advance English

**Nice to Have**
- Strong background in holistic operational excellence structures (TPM, BPM, DBS, TPS, etc.) and the associated tools/techniques
- Strategic minded while having the ability to focus on the critical actions.
- Solid coaching and mentoring competency
- Excellent communication & presentation skills including leading training courses in-person or virtually.
- Strong experience in managing schedules, priorities, customer relationships and training delivery.
- Project management skills with good time management, client relationship management, conflict resolution, training facilitation and administrative skills
- Strong ability to engage and enable students.
- Able to influence change without direct authority.
