**Role**:
En Clip estamos buscando un **Hunter Digital Inbound** para unirse a nuestro equipo de Clip Empresas.
Queremos a un rockstar en Ventas como tú En este nuevo reto, serás responsable de la prospección, perfilamiento y cierre de ventas en nuestro equipo de **Hunters Digitales, **para la adquisición de nuevos clientes **(Merchants)** dentro del segmento de **Middle Market**.

**Nível de Educación y Experiência**:

- Deseable licenciatura en: Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Economía, Negocios Internacionales, Turismo o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en equipos de telemarketing.
- Experiência deseable en ventas B2B en canales digitales: negociación y adquisición de nuevos clientes.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Habilidad para negociar y cerrar ventas.
- Cumplimiento de KPIs e indicadores de calidad.
- Identificar necesidades, oportunidades y soluciones para la generación de cierres efectivos.
- Romper las diferentes barreras / obstáculos para llegar hacia los tomadores de decisión y agilizar negociaciones.
- Seguimiento constante de negociaciones.
- Llevar todo el ciclo de venta de inicio a fin, para la adquisición de nuevos merchants.
- Proporcionar leads calificados al equipo comercial de Clip Empresas.

**Habilidades Técnicas**:

- Conocimiento de CRM (Salesforce deseable).
- Habilidades de negociación y cierre de ventas de manera remota.
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
- Conocimiento de productos financieros deseable.
- Experiência previa deseable en ventas B2B (adquisición en canales digitales).
