At Uline, Finance isn’t just about the numbers; it’s about the people behind the business. As a Data Analyst for our Finance department, you’ll dig into the data to discover larger trends to support our growing company’s success
**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
**Better together** This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Locate and define process improvements within the Finance department.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large, complex data sets.
- Solve problems using advanced critical thinking skills and statistical techniques and effectively communicate findings, both verbally and visually.
- Develop and implement data collection tools and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Take initiative to translate business opportunities and challenges into analyses with actionable recommendations.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in SQL VBA and Excel. Power BI **a plus.**
- Technical expertise in data modeling, database design development, data mining and data segmentation.
