**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement security plans and programs, based on adequate risk assessment and audits, according to business needs and company´s national, regional, and global security policies, with a cost-benefit approach.
- Develop and maintain a consistent site security framework, harmonized with national security guidelines provided by the Head of Security; as well as ensuring its implementation, training and knowledge from the targeted areas and collaborators.
- Develop, enhance and maintain site security systems (CCTV, Access Control & Intrusion Detection), in close contact with the Security Operations Center in Mexico, and fulfilling global security guidelines, for adequate systems selection (hardware & software) based on risk ratings, security situation and BCC site level, under a cost-benefit approach.
- Support the Supply Chain Security and Logistics areas, in the implementation of the security strategy in this regard, including internal and third party security auditing (based on C-TPAT/AEO guidelines), coordination and support of escorts, verification and support of transportation units and ensuring that the facilities under his or her scope, suits the requested security measures.
- Report promptly security incidents to the Head of Security, Site Lead and SOC, by providing initial information for its punctual register at DMT.
- Assist and/or conduct security and/or criminal investigations, including product crime situations, supporting the Security & Criminal Investigations, HR, and Compliance areas, when required.
- Support local criminal processes under the guidance of the Head of Security, the Security & Criminal Investigations Coordinator and LPC, related to law enforcement contacts, criminal complaint fillings, court appearances, among other activities.
- Foster the interaction and support of the Security area within the sites and all collaborators, providing regular and relevant security trainings with the support of the People Security Coordinator, the Security Operations Center, the Head of Security and any other member of the area, as well as external security experts from government, associations or private.
- Be an active member of the National Security Community structure in Mexico.

**Who you are**
- Lawyer, Criminalist, Engineer or Administrator, with a solid security experience or background.
- Experience coordinating security protocols and procedures between multiple production sites of an organization.
- Strong communication skills and decisiveness to act accordingly.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of Management.
- Interaction under high levels of confidentiality, loyalty, and discretion.
- Team-oriented leadership skills & experience with community management.
