**WE OFFER**
- Monthly salary of MXN 40,000.00 to 55,000.00 tax-free (salary range is open to negotiation with the client).
- 12 days of vacations
- 15-days of Christmas Bonus
- Monthly Health Benefit of MXN 1,000.00 tax-free

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams of marketing professionals, including strategists, creatives, social media specialists, analysts, and more.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies that drive tangible results.
- Oversee and direct that all agency deliverables are on time and in accordance with specifications.
- Manage budgets and resources, optimizing resource allocation for achieving the best possible outcomes.
- Coordinate staff recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes.
- Implement and maintain efficient project tracking and management systems.
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare regular reports to demonstrate results to the executive team.
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in digital and traditional marketing to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of industry practices.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Reside in Mexico City or Monterrey.
- Demonstrable experience in leadership roles within marketing agencies, with a successful track record of team management and result delivery.
- Fluent in Spanish and English language.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate degree desirable).
