**R**esinero/Material Handler II Molding**
- Es responsable del control de las resinas plásticas, su manejo, el mezclado de virgen con molido, mezclado de resina y aditivos, mezcla de colorante, la identificación de ellas, el control del secado, y el control del scrap generado en el área. Así como el control de suministrar el empaque (cajas, bolsas etc.) y los consumibles (tornillos, insertos etc.).
Actividades:
- Control de las resinas plásticas, material de empaque y consumibles.
- Almacenar en áreas específicas.
- Identificación de todos los materiales.
- Control del uso de acuerdo a las órdenes de producción.
- Control del scrap generado en el área.
- Limpieza del sistema de carga (cargadores, secadores y equipo de succión).
- Limpieza diaria de filtros de aspiradoras de material de secadores y cargadores de resina de moldeadoras
- Identificación de resinas que deben ser secadas antes de ser moldeadas, la temperatura a que se deben someter y el tiempo mínimo que deben permanecer en el secador.
- Control del secado de los materiales (set - up de secadores, ajuste de temperatura y carga de ellos).
- Limpieza y ajuste de set-up de horno, ajuste de temperatura en base a resina a utilizar.
- Control y limpieza de molinos. Habilidad para desarmar el molino y navajas para limpiar a fondo y evitar la contaminación, así como la inspección física de las navajas y componentes.
- Control de las mezclas de resinas con colorantes en la proporción especificada en base a listado de materiales en órdenes de trabajo.
- Mezclado de material molido con resina virgen en la proporción correcta en base a especificación del dibujo de la pieza moldeada.
- Uso de la báscula para programar el peso unitario y contar el material.
- Participación en el inventario mensual contando el total de materiales y componentes del área.
- Generación de requisiciones de materiales al almacén.
- Generación de formatos de devolución al almacén.
- Uso de MFG-Pro o SAP para revisar inventarios en almacén y piso de producción, costo de materiales y listas de materiales.

Educación**: Secundaria o 2 años de experiência en el puesto preferentemente.

Experiência**: 1 año mínimo en el puesto de almacenista preferentemente.
