As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial management processes.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- **Expense Tracking**: Track and categorize expenses, including credit card transactions, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to address accounting-related inquiries and provide financial information as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
- MUST speak English
