Engineering Superintendent

It is in charge of supervising and supporting the engineers in charge of the processes of the manufacturing cells and areas basically related to machining, grinding, assembly of mechanical parts, washing and heat treatments for the fulfillment of the objectives of Safety, Quality, Volume and Deliveries that the company establishes
- Manage, train and develop the staff in charge, ensuring their daily standard work
- It is a support resource for the manufacturing engineer and production coordinator.
- Lead the reduction of RPNs of the PFMEA through analysis with multidisciplinary departments
- The Engineering coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the process engineers so that the following objectives are met:

- Reduction of scrap and FTQ through the use of statistical tools and analysis of major contributors
- Reductions in tooling consumption
- Machine cycle time
- Skill of processes
- Quality the first time
- Error proof devices
- Operational availability
- Quick model changes
- Waste related to the process
- Andon system
- Ensure that process engineers develop and maintain manufacturing documentation such as:

- Standard Cell Documents
- Process Flow Diagram
- Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (Process)
- Control Plan
- Index
- Family Member List
- Set Up Sheet
- Standardized Work Combination Table
- Operator Work Instruction
- Standardized Operation sheet
- Monitoring Form / Check Sheet
- Visual Aid
- Changeover
- Process Audit (Quality Checks / Gage Instructions)
- Preventive Maintenance
- Total Preventive Maintenance
- Work Element Labor Summary
- Tool List
- Inspection Diagram
- Supervise Process Engineers for the development of new projects or changes to existing ones:

- Installation of new projects
- Follow Divisional Procedures 295 of changes
- Evaluation of new technologies in machinery for processes
- PAPP development
- Pilot runs of new products
- Manufacturing strategies for output projects
- Development of PFMEA
- Provide training and documentation necessary for the correct operation of machinery and equipment to the personnel in charge of it.
- Involvement and support in the installation of machinery and equipment, problem solving and training in the new cells to be installed that will remain in charge.
