The Ops Accounting Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently posts/balances books of account, such as cashbook, general journal, sales book, purchase register and general and subsidiary ledgers for an operations unit.
- Analyzes financial reports, statements & records.
- Uses discretion to make recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets and expenditures. Independently researches and interprets factual information.
- Identifies inconsistencies in data/results, defines business issues and makes recommendations on policies and procedures.
- Applies good knowledge of industry practices and standards. Exchanges information in a concise and logical way and is sensitive to audience diversity.

**Qualifications**:

- 0-2years of experience in an accounting role.

**Education**:

- Bachelors degree
- Contribuir al cumplimiento de las revisiones a la red de sucursales de Banca Comercial planificadas en el año, entregando resultados e informes de alta calidad para ser presentados a níveles de Dirección.
- Validar la efectividad del ambiente de control de la sucursal, revisando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, reglamentaciones y requisitos de política en todos los níveles de riesgo.
- Aplicar los procesos y metodología interna de revisión desde el inicio, la planificación, los requisitos de control, la ejecución y las fases de cierre de cada tema.
- Poder brindar apoyo/asesoría a cualquier área de negocio (a nível organizacional, regional o de productos) desde una perspectiva de riesgo y control.
- Entablar conversación con los funcionarios de nível comercial sénior, (GOC, Distrital, subdirector de Control) sobre temas relevantes de riesgo y control identificados en las revisiones.
- Realizar Revisiones y pruebas de control ad hoc o específicas u obligatorias para la red de sucursales de Banca Comercial, área o departamento.
- Resolver situaciones donde se requiera experiência para interpretar problemas o transacciones contra políticas, pautas o procesos.
- Analizar documentación y procesos para garantizar que se traten correctamente los puntos de control y riesgos, así como asegurar que estén en conformidad con las Políticas, procesos, comunicados y normatividad vigente.
- Contribuir al flujo de trabajo o cambio y rediseño de procesos (mejora continua).
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se identifiquen situaciones que no estén en conformidad con las Políticas, procesos, comunicados y normatividad vigente, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con los procesos evaluados, administrando e informando los problemas de control con oportunidad y transparencia.**Job Family Group**:
