**¿Que debes saber?**
- Experiência en Project Manager, Coordinador o Estratega en agencia digital. Experiência en coordinar campañas digitales, desarrollo web, diseño de aplicaciones, creación de contenidos, elaboración de reportes, etc.
- Capacidad de entender los requerimientos de proyectos, identificar, asignar y monitorear a los colaboradores, recursos y tecnologías necesarios para solucionar los proyectos de manera ágil, eficiente y colaborativa.
- Seguimiento de proyectos a través de metodologías Agile, creación de gráficas Gantt, revisión constante de fechas de entrega, control de calidad y avances generales en los proyectos.
- Facilidad de análisis crítico, resolución de conflictos o situaciones que pueden impactar en la entrega de los proyectos de manera eficiente, puntual, y exitosa.
- Facilidad para identificar oportunidades, desafíos y amenazas a proyectos y definir e implementar acciones correctivas de ser necesario.
- Conocer los departamentos de la agencia y el servicio que ofrece.

**¿Qué harás?**
- Crear conexiones profesionales que contribuyan a la generación de nuevos proyectos
- Planeación de proyectos: Entendimiento profundo de los servicios y capacidades de equipo para servir como un puente entre el equipo que ejecutará el proyecto y los clientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento a las peticiones hechas por el cliente y la posventa de los mismos
- En conjunto con otros gerentes, registrar proyectos y sus respectivas líneas de tiempo, fases, y tareas, asegurando la correcta distribución y eficiente desempeño en los proyectos, y puntual entrega
- Dar seguimiento a las peticiones hechas por clientes, respondiendo dentro del lapso de 2 horas definido en el contrato o política interna.
- Anticipar, resolver e informar de manera proactiva cualquier elemento que pudiera afectar la calidad o tiempos de entrega de proyectos o impactar a los acuerdos con o expectativas de los clientes.
- Impulsar la venta postlanzamiento con clientes actuales.
- Conocer claramente la distribución de departamentos, integrantes y proyectos, para llevar una eficiente comunicación y asignación de tareas.
- Fomentar y ayudar en la implementación de técnicas de documentación de proyectos.
- Manejo de Crisis.
- Seguir el propio plan de entrenamiento del perfil de PM definido junto con el supervisor.
- Implementar metodologías Agile en el desarrollo de los proyectos.

**¿Qué tipo de perfil hace mejor **_**match **_**con nosotros?**
- Un mínimo de 4 años de experiência como Project Manager Digital en agencia o del lado de cliente.
- Actitud emprendedora, facilidad de análisis critica, creatividad, liderazgo, capacidad de generar consenso, transmisión de valores, motivación y entusiasmo.
- Capacidad de organización, búsqueda de una estructura y establecimiento de prioridades.
- Comunicación eficaz: dominio del mensaje y sus canales.
- Atención al detalle: interpretación de señales y toma de decisiones a tiempo.
- Identificación de problemas: capacidad resolutiva, pronóstico y creación de planes de acción ante obstáculos.

- Iniciaríamos con un periodo de prueba 3 contratos de 1 mes en el que evaluaremos tu integración al equipo y la calidad de tu trabajo. Si todo sale bien, avanzaremos con un contrato fijo por la duración del proyecto.
