**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Achieve the assigned sales quotas in the different Hospitals assigned to their territory
- Establish Win-Win relationships with opinion-leading doctors in the hospitals of the different institutions assigned to their territory.
- Efficiently master the physiopathological anatomy and clinical studies related to illnesses by medical specialty, both own and those of competitors.
- Share good practices and be a key player in teamwork with Marketing and Access.
- Give feedback with clear and timely information with the idea of anticipating adverse situations for our market and our products or detecting new opportunities that arise.
- Master the hospital system and establish action plans by hospital, according to its potential and a clear segmentation of clients and the correct implementation of the model Interactions Centered on the Patient (ICP), as well as having the capacity to be mentor new institutional representatives.
- Know the path of the patient in each hospital and institution, acting accordingly to ensure the availability of the medication for each patient.
- Carry out access activities in coordination with the Market Access team, with the ability to lead institutional activities with own keys and keys from other therapeutic areas.

**Who are you**
- Degree in Medical, Biological or Economic Areas
- Management of systems: Windows / Office; Excel; PowerPoint, Outlook
- Basic English desirable
- 5 years in pharmaceutical industry + 3 years in specialized pharmaceutical sales
