**Descripción y Requisitos**

FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL:
Procura y confirma la programación de envíos de todas las órdenes de compra abiertas para asegurar la llegada a tiempo de la materia prima para dar soporte a la programación de producción coordinando, monitoreando y expeditando el movimiento de insumos, iniciando desde el recibo de la demanda de cliente, a través del proceso completo de manufactura.
- RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

- Asegurar que los requerimientos de materia prima sean recibidos en tiempo y cantidad para cubrir las necesidades de la demanda del MRP cumpliendo con las metas establecidas por la gerencia.
- Analizar semanalmente la corrida del MRP.
- Colocar órdenes de compra basado en los requerimientos de la corrida del MRP
- Asegurar que las órdenes sean capturadas y actualizadas en el sistema de manera efectiva y a tiempo, y que toda la información de la orden este completa.
- Da seguimiento a la materia prima (desde embarque del proveedor hasta la disponibilidad para producción).
- Asegurar que los problemas relacionados a entregas, calidad y costo sean transmitidos de inmediato al proveedor y resueltas a tiempo.
- Resolver problemas de discrepancias con Contabilidad y/o el proveedor a tiempo.
- Analizar y reportar de manera oportuna cambios de entregas de materiales que requieran ajustes en la planeación de producción.
- Responsable de controlar los níveles de inventario de los componentes/materia prima designada.
- Asistir a las juntas requeridas.
- Proveer soporte a los planeadores de producción según sea necesario.
- Requerir soporte de otros departamentos según sea necesario.
- Conducirse de acuerdo a los lineamientos de la política de calidad.
- Conocer los objetivos de la calidad relevantes a su función y participar activamente en lograrlos.
- Participa activamente en el Programa de 6S, el cual es un objetivo crítico del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normatividad del programa y llevando a cabo las actividades que se le requieran como Auditor, Coordinador, Líder o miembro del Comité.
- Participa activamente en los Sistemas de Seguridad y Ambiental, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los sistemas y llevando a cabo las actividades en las que se le involucre.
- Desarrolla el trabajo de manera segura, eficiente y en forma ética.
- Desarrolla otras actividades asignadas por la gerencia para dar soporte a las operaciones de la empresa
- **Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura u 5 años de experiência en el área
- 3-5 años de experiência en compra de materia prima
- Habilidad para leer y entender el MRP, estatus de inventarios, demandas, forecast
- Experiência manejando MRP en SAP
- Experiência en ambientes de manufactura de demanda altamente variable
- 80% Inglés/Español (leer, escribir y hablar).
- Manejo de MS Office - Excel Intermedio
- Capacidad de identificar prioridades y administrar diversas tareas simultáneamente
