**Requisitos**:

- Puede supervisar al personal lo que incluye la contratación, capacitación, evaluación del desempeño, recomendaciones de compensación y gestión del desempeño; el personal supervisado suele estar a nível de operador/administrador.
- Supervisar o revisar, completar y procesar diversos grados de operaciones y formularios de depósito, documentos, bases de datos y materiales e información relacionados.
- Proporcionar análisis, interpretación y asesoramiento básicos y especializado al personal, la administración y los líderes funcionales en relación con las políticas, programas y prácticas de operaciones/almacenes; se involucran operaciones estándares, grandes/complejas y lidera su implementación y cambio.
- Proporcionar retroalimentación y orientación sobre temas de investigación y desarrollar recomendaciones para resolver preguntas y requisitos operativos, de trabajo o de seguridad. Ayuda a recibir comentarios de los clientes y coordina recursos y respuestas según sea necesario.
- Analizar y revisar las operaciones, los resultados, los comentarios e información relacionada con operaciones/almacenamiento de manera continua para determinar las tendencias, extraer conclusiones, interpretar los hallazgos, presentar los resultados, las propuestas y las recomendaciones a la gerencia.
- Asegurar la precisión de bases de datos, informes y detalles relacionados, estándares complejos, operativos y de almacén, a través de auditorías, consultas y revisiones operativas; Trabaja con equipos para resolver discrepancias.
- Asistir en el desarrollo de objetivos de proyecto/programa de operaciones/almacenamiento, que incluye presupuestos, plazos, materiales, personal y otros requerimientos del proyecto, recibe orientación y presenta información a la gerencia; Puede desarrollar y gestionar áreas de alcance o impacto moderado.
- Interpretar y aplicar las políticas y procedimientos del departamento y asistir con las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables; garantiza el cumplimiento de los procesos y las operaciones, y recibe orientación dentro de estas áreas según sea necesario.
- Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen.
