**Posición**: Gerente de Finanzas (Planta Mexicali)

**Ubicación**: Mexicali, Baja California

**Reporta a: Sr. Plant Controller**

Responsable del cumplimiento de todas y cada una de las obligaciones fiscales, seguridad social, contables, así como el correcto análisis y determinación de costos de producción, proporcionando de igual manera soporte financiero a la Dirección y Gerencia de operaciones de la planta.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Soporte financiero a la gerencia de planta.
- Soporte Financiero a Gerencia de Planta.
- Administración y control presupuestal de activos, gastos de operación, productividad y reportes financieros.
- Interacción y trabajo en equipo con el resto de las áreas funcionales (Recursos Humanos, Calidad, Opex, etc. ).
- Responsable del cumplimiento de normas de información financieras (Mexicanas y Americanas).
- Encargado del cumplimiento en tiempo y monto de las obligaciones fiscales y de seguridad social de la empresa.
- Responsable de la coordinación y ejecución de auditorías fiscales y de seguridad fiscal (Internas y Externas).
- Ejecutar del programa de conteos cíclicos de la planta y de la entrega de exactitud de inventarios establecida.
- Análisis de costos de producción, así como asesoría de la misma.
- Entrenamiento y desarrollo del personal a su cargo fomentando su desarrollo de carrera.
- Mantener la certificación AAA.
- Cumplimiento del programa de maquila.
- Cumplir con la cadena de Custodia / FSC-STD-40-004.
- En caso de ausencia temporal el Supervisor de Costos y el Supervisor de Contabilidad cubrirá estas funciones.
- Licenciatura en Contaduría o afín (Titulado), idealmente Maestría.
- Bilingüe (Inglés-Español).
- Más de dos años de experiência gerencial.
- Más de cinco años en industria maquiladora.
- Entrenamiento en Cadena de Custodia / FSC-STD-40-004.
- Excel Avanzado.
- Conocimientos deseables en SAP, BEX.
- Visa estadounidense vigente.
- Conocimientos deseables de Six Sigma y manufactura esbelta.
