Encargado de liderar y supervisar la gestión de ventas y el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência en el sector ENERGÍA (Indispensable)
Experiência en un puesto similar mínima de 2 años.

**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Elabora y ejecuta la estrategia global de ventas de la empresa.
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing para identificar y cultivar relaciones con clientes potenciales y existentes.
- Realiza análisis de mercado, seguimiento de la competencia y evaluación de tendencias para ajustar las estrategias de ventas según sea necesario.
- Contribuye en la planificación presupuestaria para las operaciones comerciales. Negociación: Participa en negociaciones con clientes, distribuidores y otros socios comerciales.
- Colabora con los equipos de desarrollo de productos para comprender las necesidades del mercado y garantizar que las ofertas cumplan con las expectativas de los clientes.
- Proporciona entrenamiento continuo al equipo de ventas.
- Identifica oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado y propone nuevas estrategias.
