**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Architecture or other related field.
- Strong knowledge of bidding processes and government contracts.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional level of English required.
- No previous experience is required.
- Enjoys working independently and under the direction of others.
- Desire to work, learn fast, work in a team and have fun.
- Live in Merida, Mexico

**What will you do? Easy**
- Manage the full bid cycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.
- Research potential clients and bid opportunities throughout making calls.
- Analyze client requirements and contract specifications to fully understand the scope and needs of the project.
- Work with various internal teams to gather information needed for the proposal, such as pricing, technical capabilities, timelines, and quality policies.
- Write and edit proposal content, ensuring that it is clear, persuasive, and meets the requirements set by the client.
- Maintain an updated database of relevant documentation for each tender.
- Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the established deadlines.
- Review and edit proposals to ensure quality and consistency of content.
- Evaluate the performance of submitted proposals and track the results of previous bids.
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.

**_ Salary_**
- _ 0 - 1 Year of Experience: $12,000 - $14,000 Gross_
- _ 2 - 3 Years of Experience: $14,000 - $17,000 Gross_
