**Inventory Planner**:

**Job Mission**

Responsible for the correct supply of direct and indirect materials with the authorized suppliers of the assigned product lines.

**Main Activities**
- Calculate Safety Stock and Re-Order Point (if applicable).
- Calculate average inventory and optimal inventory y division.
- Identify opportunities for inventory reduction, project development.
- Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Proactively identify possible stock outs and issue purchase orders.
- Proactively identify possible excess inventory and cancel purchase orders.
- Analysis of late or advanced deliveries by supplier and create action plan together with the buyer.
- Perform purchase order planning based on the delivery time of each of the suppliers.
- Prepare and update key reports to measure the performance of supplier

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree: Industrial Engineering or related careers
- 3-4 years of experience
- Supply chain, inventory planning and control, Excel experience
- English level: Advanced
