Civil Engineer

REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES
- S’assure de l’optimisation du cahier des charges en challengeant les besoins.
- Réalise les études de faisabilité, délivre un devis, un planning, un descriptif technique et une analyse de risque.
- Recherche, sélectionne et choisit un prestataire pour les phases études et construction.
- Délivre un dossier de type Basic Design (avant-projet détaillé):
réalise ou vérifie les hypothèses, les calculs de dimensionnement et les plans;
challenge des solutions proposées (TCO);
s’assure de la conception lors de revues techniques métier.
- Transmet un devis et un planning consolidé, une analyse de risque mise à jour.
- Délivre un bâtiment et ses utilités dans le respect de ses engagements coûts, délai, qualité:
vérifie la conformité des plans d’exécution au cahier des charges;
évalue les écarts de performance;
gère les modifications;
participe au suivi et la sécurité du chantier;
fait ou fait faire la préparation, la planification et le suivi de la mise en service et réception des équipements et travaux.
- Elabore le bilan de fin d’affaire et capitalise sur l’opération. Archive tous les documents.
- S’assure d’un progrès continu dans son métier (spécifications techniques, outils et notes de calcul).
