**Required Qualifications**:

- BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineer.
- English 80-100% (written, read and spoken).
- 2+ Project Management, Plans Development, Exhibition with large groups, Focused on Results, Proactive, Teamwork.
- Knowledgeable and experience of Statistics, Problem Solving Methodologies
- Knowledgeable and experience in Metrology / Geometric Tolerances and Reading of Plans
- Negotiation with Customers and prioritization skills
- Provides effective communication and services in solving warranty problems or pursuing warranty improvements

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Caterpillar Reman products, especially Fuel Systems
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Project Management advanced skills and Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
