- Ensure and maintain accuracy of material planning master data (in accordance with logístical and stock constraints).
- Create material planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) and corresponding source list and quota management.
- Communication of material planning documents to suppliers and follow up on supplier confirmation.
- Analyze supplier confirmations against Alstom's requirements and assess anticipation of risk/impact on production/projects.
- Identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and establish recovery actions.
- Organize and maintain periodic reviews with suppliers to check delivery status and performance.
- Analyze and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply issues (backlogs, shortages, no demand...).
- Maintain delivery dates in the ERP.
- Track missing parts up to stock availability
- Ensure the replacement of non-conformities through the NCR process
- Resolve incoming goods issues with applied media (overstock, shortages, damages, documentation, quantity mismatch, invoices, etc.).
- Analyze and share delivery KPIs with different stakeholders (internal and external).
