Global manufacturing company, with presence in 90 countries. Manufacture specialized in manufacturing of items for electrical installations and information networks both residential and industrial. In search of a key position for the organization: Position Purpose Directs and manages the projects established by the organization for their correct implementation, considering corporate guidelines and specific customer requirements. He/She is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, selecting project team members from existing departments and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. Position responsibilities and functions: Plants projects and resources under his/her charge. Maintains effective communication, monitoring at the same level all the projects that are carried out. Manage physical, technological, human and financial resources belonging to the project. Mentor to train, stimulate, supervise, motivate ant correct the members of the projects. Define SMART objective of each project taking into account the organization capabilities. Manage cost and budget of the project. Manage deadlines to complete projects in a timely manner. Guide and delegate his/her, exercising necessary supervision. Implement time management tools, such as Gantt Charts, Priority Matrix, metrics, schedules, etc. Manage the problems and changes the the project requires during the progress using intern tools. Communication at al levels. Participate in the definition of the projects in the presentation of Gates. Having an intermediary role between management and those responsible for the tasks. His/Her must be aware of each task, measure its evolution and the performance of those involved, as well as detect the risks associated with the project. Make project proposals and propose them before the STAFF with solid research bases.
