The company is a medium-size business with a small family business feel, they are a family-owned business dedicated to managing community associations, managing investment properties, providing maintenance services, and conducting real estate sales services.

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support the following activities:

- Research for CPA audits and reviews.
- Special Monthly Property Projects.
- Communicate with various financial institutions to purchase certificates of deposit and maintain maturity dates.
- Ensure that all federal tax requirements are adhered to by the community associations under management.
- Entering the beginning balances of new associations.
- Tracking the funds due from previous management companies.
- Setting up new reserve transfers for all associations.
- Balance Sheet audits.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations.
- Corporate Accounts Receivable postings.

**Work schedule**

Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 16:30 CST

After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:

**Requirements**:

- MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting policies.
- Strong knowledge about GAAP, debits, credits, and posting.
