**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en BS Mecánica u otro título de ingeniería técnica.
- 2 - 4 años de experiência en la parte de ensamble.
- Destacadas habilidades de liderazgo, influencia y comunicación. Capacidad demostrada para liderar mejoras de procesos en un entorno de equipo.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples operaciones.
- Alta integridad.
- Pensador estratégico con la capacidad de ser práctico en la operación.

**Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales**:

- Desarrolla métodos de mejora en las prácticas de producción actuales para promover la eficiencia y reducir los costos.
- Brindar liderazgo a un equipo de operaciones de supervisores, personal técnico y miembros del equipo de producción para brindar resultados comerciales de clase mundial en
- las áreas de seguridad, calidad, entrega, costo y personas.
- Entrenador/mentor para supervisores, ingenieros de fabricación y técnicos y líderes de procesos. Desarrollar una fuente de talento para satisfacer las necesidades futuras de
- el negocio.
- Trabajar en colaboración con la cadena de suministro, compras y otros departamentos de producción para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
- Coordina las actividades y los horarios del grupo de producción para utilizar mejor al personal.
- Entrenador y área de apoyo de responsabilidad, incluida la capacitación y el desarrollo de talentos.
- Plomo según normas GPTW y PPS.
- Comunicación y coordinación diaria con equipos, otros supervisores y departamentos.
- Desarrollo e Implementación de Trabajo Estándar para actividades propias y de equipo.
- Identificar e implementar proyectos de mejora continua.
- Preparar y cumplir con el presupuesto del departamento.
- Hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos y aplicar medidas disciplinarias según sea necesario.
- Coordinar la comunicación y actividades departamentales con Mantenimiento e Ingeniería.
- Brinda orientación en la resolución de conflictos de los empleados y recomienda acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Revisa y recomienda cambios en el programa de producción para mejorar la productividad.
- Coordina estudios y proyectos para mejoras en procesos, equipos y reducción de costos.

- Entorno de fabricación acelerado.
- Turno de rotación requerido

Salario: A partir de $32,000.00 al mes
