**What you'll be doing...**

In this role, you will be part of a team focused on System and Technology projects that support the Strategic Partnership Channel. This role will support the technology set up of new sites, movement of work and exits across our external business partners providing call center services to Verizon. Ensure and track all system related tasks and deliverables, and engage appropriate team members to ensure timelines are met. In addition, this role will support outage management and help mitigate risks with our Strategic partners. You will coordinate with Strategic Partner Information Technology and Network teams on firewall and network enhancement requests. You will identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency, and lead change to drive improvement.
- Tracking all Technology project deliverables for new sites and movement of work, identify and complete tasks, resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Leading medium to large-scale system and technology updates and implementations for Strategic Partners, from initial development to execution.
- Supporting outage management by partnering with Verizon and Strategic partner teams on identifying and resolving issues. Communicating root cause analysis to Strategic partners and other stakeholders.
- Coordinating Strategic partner validation on Verizon system enhancements and network upgrades.
- Creating Executive level presentations.
- Building working relationships with cross-functional groups.

You’re analytical, organized, and detail oriented. A self-starter and quick learner who can work independently, but you’re also great to have on a team. You are logical, have strong deductive reasoning and problem solving skills. Finding opportunities to improve the way things are currently done gives you a lot of satisfaction. You are a highly effective communicator and listen with both your eyes and ears. You’re no stranger to a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines, and you adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple projects with ease.

You'll need to have:

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work alternate schedule to support overnight system and network changes.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

- Experience in working with Outsource partners.
- Knowledge of Mobile and FIOS systems (i.e., ACSS. Optix,Live Engage).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and can work independently.

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 48
