CHIPSA Hospital is looking for a Bilingual Patient Coordinator to enhance our patients' experience by serving as liaison between patients and all the services
- Greet new patients, provide hospital tour and fill out registration forms.
- Hand out and collect patient surveys and provide to PET Rep.
- Ensure patients attend Treatment & Motivational Classes.
- Distribute patient's Treatment Calendars to patient and nurses.
- Ensure patients obtain their meals.
- Assist patients on their requests.
- Ensure patient's room is well equipped and clean prior and during their stay.
- Help patients on their departure day.
- Load patient appointments/treatments on the Patient Treatment Weekly Calendar.
**Qualifications**:
- Technical or Associates Degree in Medical field, Hospitality, Tourism, Psychology, desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- English language proficiency (conversational and written).
- MS Office and Google Suite proficiency.
