Plant Manager/rubber Sails

We are looking for a Plant Manager to coordinate the kick-off in production and to continue with improvement of operations. Please send Resume in English.

**Tasks of the Plant Manager**

The plant manager supervises the dayli operations of the plant, production and the manufacturing to assure the acoomplish of the guidelines and procedures. To develop procceses that maximice the administration, safety, quality and productivity.

**Responsabilities**

1. Responsible for the operation and process design, production control and on-site management of production and manufacturing;
2. Responsible for production cost control, overall operation, and organization and design of production operation processes and process procedures;
3. Responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of product realization plans and technical improvement plans;
4. Responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's production equipment to ensure the normal operation of production;
5. Formulate and improve the company's equipment management related systems, and implement comprehensive equipment management.

6. Responsible for the daily management of the jurisdiction, guiding, managing, supervising, training and assessing the work of subordinate employees;
7. Responsible for the implementation of the requirements of the quality and environmental management system and continuous improvement within the department.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Qualifications**:
1. College degree or above, major is not limited

2. Familiar with the production operation and management of the factory, with rich experience in production management, cost control and quality management

3. Have good planning ability, guidance ability, coordination ability, strong comprehensive coordination ability and organization and management ability

4. Experience in the production of automotive sealing strip industry

5. Understand the quality management system and/6S on-site management, and have a comprehensive lean production concept and rich practical experience in lean production

6. Full experience in Autmotive industry and rubber/plastic injection.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per month
