RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write user-friendly content that aligns with the client's brand, values, and tone, meeting business goals and industry best practices
- Participate in stakeholder workshops and the design process to ensure effective content integration
- Collaborate closely with design and technology teams to ensure seamless user experiences
- Provide editorial feedback to the project team and other writers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Engage and collaborate with other UX writers to exchange insights and enhance collective creativity

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 8 years of professional copywriting experience, either at an agency or in-house
- Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Communications, Journalism, Writing, UX, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of user-focused digital product writing with a portfolio showcasing UX-focused writing samples
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines with appropriate support
- Ability to articulate the rationale behind your work to teammates and stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment
- Comfortable collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into accessible, user-centered copy
- Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to guide editorial choices, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Familiar with defining editorial processes and workflows, streamlining content creation and delivery
- Knowledgeable about content migration processes and experienced in working with development teams to implement seamless transitions
