El analista de Cartera de Crédito II es un puesto de nível intermedio responsable de realizar revisiones crediticias, aprobaciones de crédito y controlar la cartera para identificar migraciones de crédito junto con el equipo de Gestión de Riesgos. El objetivo general de este puesto es gestionar la exposición de la cartera de Citi a clientes y contrapartes a nível global.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo y análisis de crédito de clientes, revisar resultados financieros y análisis de compañeros, y elaborar proyecciones financieras.
- Preparar memorandos de aprobación de “luz verde” y de transacciones, realizar las diligencias debidas, crear modelos de flujo de caja y realizar un análisis de sensibilidad.
- Escalar inquietudes o actualizaciones de crédito a gerentes sénior de riesgos y negocios y proponer que se tomen medidas para mitigar riesgos al mantenerse informado constantemente sobre novedades y desarrollos que tengan relación con la cartera y la industria en cuestión; comprender los procesos y las políticas de crédito y el apetito de riesgo de Citi.
- Apoyar en la preparación de revisiones de cartera y realizar pruebas de estrés.
- Establecer relaciones laborales con diversos equipos en el banco, incluidos los equipos de negociación, cobertura y producto.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares

**Calificaciones**:

- Sin experiência o experiência de 2 años en el análisis de riesgo crediticio o en servicios bancarios corporativos
- Experiência en análisis financiero, contabilidad y valoración
- Conocimiento de contabilidad y finanzas corporativas, modelos financieros, productos bancarios y crediticios, análisis crediticio, evaluación de riesgos y ejecución de transacciones
- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
- Habilidad comprobada para trabajar con poca dirección y en equipo
- Responsabilidad, automotivación y visión empresarial comprobadas

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
