- **Job Description**_
- Daily cash reconciliations
- Prepares and maintains tax, budgets and income-expenses reports using internal software and/or Microsoft Excel
- Payment Tracings (which is a function of tracing payments from our subledger to the bank account) - with Great Plains and Oracle accounting software
- Overseeing the internal accounting team and ensuring the delivery of results
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Can prepare Daily Balances/Trial Balances report
- Other advanced accounting tasks, as per the need of the operation
- Complies with the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of the Finances Department
- **Requirements**_
- Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
- Bachelors / master’s in accounting (Master’s optional)
- Timely, clear communications with great time management skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (including Pivots, lookups, functions, etc.)
- Knowing Macros in Excel is a plus
- Knowing basic to intermediate SQL is a plus
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is a plus

**Salary**: $9,500.00 - $11,000.00 per week
