Executes activities that require the knowledge and use of fundamental concepts, procedures and practices within an Engineering Specialty such as Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical etc.

Deberes y **Responsabilidades**:

- Executes activities that require the knowledge and use of fundamental concepts, procedures, and practices within an Engineering Specialty such as Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical etc.
- Can perform activities, such as: Planning and Scheduling Activities and Resources; Analysis (Methods and Measurements, Machines, Maintenance and Materials); Design (Product, Process, Equipment, etc.); Project Management and Control (Quality Control, Process Control, etc.).
- Maintains the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Engineering Function.
- Compliance and participating in all Smiths Interconnect’s EHS programs, policies, procedures and training requirements.

- Engineering Degree (Electrical or Electronics or Electromechanical or Industrial, or Mechanical or Chemical, etc.).
- 1 to 3 Years within the Engineering Department (Manufacturing Systems, New Products Introduction, Process Reengineering, Maintenance, etc.).
- Intermedate English Level (70-80%) Technical Reading and Conversation).
- Computer usage Intermediate/Basic (Use of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.) or Application Programs.
- Management of Work Teams, Management of multiple tasks, Good treatment of people, Disciplined, Focused on Results, Management of Conflicts.
- Certification for Management of Vision Cameras
- Certification for use and management of robots
