Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
**Job Description** Your contribution to something big**:
- Create organizational model
- Your tasks will be to maintain the organizational structure in the global COMPAS system.
- In Org. Management systems, you create positions and make changes as necessary.
- You will consult and coordinate with the HR Business Partners regarding reorganizations.
- You you will work with other colleagues in the HR environment as well as with employees and managers as part of reorganization projects.
**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:

- Familiarity with customer service standards and processes
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress to operate under deadlines
- Supervisory skills
- Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree
