- Excellent verbal, written, articulation and negotiation skills. REQUIRED
- Sound knowledge and experience in US based employment types, Contracts, Contract to Hire, and Permanent.
- Good understanding of the US Staffing process, Tax terms W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp, various types of work authorizations, respective criteria, and restrictions. REQUIRED
**Responsibilities**:
**This position is 100% onsite (CDMX, Polanco area) Monday to Friday supporting Eastern Standard Time (7 am to 4 pm)**
**Daily status report**
- Work internally hand in hand with the designated Resource and Account Managers to submit appropriate and qualified resumes for each assigned requirement as required. Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across other lines of business practices as appropriate.
- Work with the team members and as well as with the clients to work on the interview schedules and feedbacks.
Our Offer:
$24,000 Mexican Pesos net as Contractor (No benefits)
