**SCOPE OF WORK**

To convert quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.
- Use and properly execute sales script to qualify all leads.
- Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in CRM.
- Report to and assist Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered.
- Test and evaluate consumer response to different negotiations tactics and scripts.
- Link the proper leads to the proper campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring. Work with the Marketing Manager if necessary.
- Analyze properties and comps to determine cash offers.
- Go on Appointments to view/evaluate properties and get contracts with potential sellers to purchase their property. (if applicable)
- Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.
- Give ratified contracts to Closing Department.
- Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.
- Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Persistency and self-drive should be natural to you
- Must be tech-savvy & Microsoft proficient
- Have an open mind and remain coachable
- Be open to continuous constructive criticism
- Have good customer service
- A great attitude is a must
- Time management
- Should be able to multi-task
- Being accountable is a must
- Should perform under pressure and fast-paced environments
- Must be able to work 9:00-5:00 pm Monday - Friday (PST), and 9:30-2:30 pm on Saturdays (PST)

**COMPENSATION**:BaseSalary +Commission + Performance Bonus
