Evalúa e inspeccion primeras piezas, participa en implementción de equipo de medición, documenta pruebas y anáslisis de fallas.
- Perform a failure analysis (Visual, Mechanical and Electrical Inspection) for customer returns and determine product warranties._
- Generate report of the failure analysis result (Report in English)_
- Monitoring of the RMA database of the Quality department._
- Performs and documents the tests and measurements required by the specifications for Product Prototypes._
- Assists the Engineer or Quality Supervisor in the implementation of measurement and test equipment as well as the performance and evaluation of R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies) of the Measurement equipment. Employs inspection, measurement and testing equipment to perform product verification activities, detect and report faults or equipment out of calibration._
- Performs and documents the tests and measurements required by the specifications for Product Prototypes._
- Applies the Failure Analysis technique for the prevention and correction of problems in the product_
- Technical career or equivalent experience_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality._
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the area of failure analysis._
- Experience in handling electrical measurement equipment_
- Basic English_
Realizar un analisis de falla (Inspeccion Visual, Mecanica y Electrica) para las devoluciones de los clientes y determinar las garantias del producto.
Generar reporte del resultado del analisis de la falla (Reporte en Ingles)
Seguimiento a la base de datos de RMA del departamento de Calidad.
Realiza y Documenta las pruebas y mediciones requeridas por las especificaciones para Prototipos de Productos.
Auxilia al Ingeniero ó Supervisor de Calidad en la implementación de equipo de medición y prueba asi como la realización y evaluación de R&R (Estudios de Repitibilidad y Reproducibilidad) del equipo de Medición. Emplea equipo de inspección, medición y prueba para realizar actividades de verificación de producto, detecta y reporta fallas ó equipo fuera de calibración.
Realiza y Documenta las pruebas y mediciones requeridas por las especificaciones para Prototipos de Productos.
Aplica la técnica de Análisis de Fallas para la prevención y corrección de problemas en el producto
Conocer y aplicar las políticas y procedimientos aplicables a su puesto de los Sistemas de Calidad, Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, Sistema de Gestión de Salud e Higiene y Seguridad Ocupacional y cualquier otro sistema que la empresa requiera para su operación.- Carrera Técnica o Experiência equivalente- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en Calidad.- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en el área de análisis de falla.- Experiência en manejo de equipo de medición eléctrica- Inglés Básico
