**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Collaborate in the updating of the permits and authorizations of all the official dependencies. Collaborate in the execution of external audits to suppliers of hazardous waste to ensure legal and corporate compliance. Execute the plans and programs of the Health, Safety and Environment system. Coordinate the compliance of the training and training program to the emergency brigades of the company. Support in the certification of HSE stars to HPT. Hygiene, Safety and Environment projects implementation in order to meet the objectives and goals of the management system SGI.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Plant medical; preferred.
- 3 years of experience minimum as a similar position.
- Knowledge of HSE Mexican regulation as a PPE, lock out tag out, risk works, COA, LAU, hazardous waste and non hazardous waste, etc.
- ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 management systems.
- Trainer of emergency brigades.
- Develop of risk analysis.
- Conduct audits to HSE system and suppliers.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Team work.
- English language, preferred.80%
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company and locations; including establishing global partnerships.
- Change management leadership capability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other ERP systems, such as Oracle.

**EDUCATION**:

- Medical professional; specialist in labor health, preferred.

Industrial Engineer; specialist in HSE, preferred

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
Must be able to work in an office or manufacturing environment.

70% work at the production lines and 30% for administrative task.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the facility is clean and safe
