**Position Responsibilities**:

- Support carrier management activities including scorecard, KPI analysis and performance follow up.
- Assist with supply chain optimization activities, including network design, cost calculation, and project implementation.
- Support NA Transportation Management System implementation and ongoing management and optimization activities.
- Provide support with freight audit and payment management through scorecard/KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Organize and maintain SCM documents, including contracts, MTA, NDA, contact list, etc. (storage, tracking, updates).
- Support cost savings activities/ continuous improvement projects regarding Supply Chain Management as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Responds to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Comply with all company and company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Manager or related field at an accredited technical college or university
- Possess a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Solid organization and time/project management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with speaking/reading English
