Your tasks
Aabastecimiento de materiales electronicos,mecanicos, cartones y Pcbs.
Preparacion de embaques y manejo de montacargas
Cumplir con los lineamientos, políticas y/o procesos aplicables a Medio Ambiente, Seguridad, Salud y Administración de la Energía de la Empresa.
- Organizar al personal en procesos y actividades de entrada de material y/o almacenamiento y surtido y/o embarque de productos al cliente de acuerdo a los métodos de cada proceso.
- Capacitar al personal nuevo de los procesos y actividades.
- Controlar los tiempos de los procesos.
- Asegurar que los conocimientos del personal a su cargo sean los adecuados y necesarios para poder llevar a cabo las funciones que el puesto y la organización requieren, así como asegurar la documentación de las evidencias en los sistemas aplicables.
- Identificar, establecer y dar seguimiento a las medidas de desarrollo individuales / cursos que aseguren que el personal a cargo posee y/o desarrolla las competencias requeridas del puesto, los requerimientos específicos de los clientes, normas o lineamientos aplicables, así como las competencias necesarias de personal de apoyo.
- Controlar las existencias de materiales y productos previniendo las diferencias de inventarios a un nível igual a 0% a través del análisis de las diferencias, la investigación respectiva y la implementación de acciones para eliminar causa raíz, herramienta sugerida A3.

**Profile**:

- Nível de educación Ing. Industrial y / o Lic. Administración
- Experiência en almacenes
- Proponer y participar en las decisiones de identificación de oportunidades en las diferentes etapas de la cadena de suministro para la Mejora Continua.
- Conocimientos en lean manufacturing
- Manejo de personal de almacén surtido a lineas de produccion y ensamble final
- Establecer mejores prácticas para las áreas y rutinas ya establecidas en tiempo y forma
- Identificar y analiza gaps sistémicos en implementación de nuevos proyectos proponiendo soluciones
- Liderazgo y Proactividad
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
- Manejo de herramientas digitales ( POWER BI) deseable
- Manejo de inglés (deseable)
