Tooling Supervisor

**Responsibilities**

**_Highlight the main responsibilities
- **
- **Comply with PM schedule and measure effectiveness**
- **Validate corrective and predictive maintenance.**
- **Make in-depth analyses about the problems related to tools.**
- **Validate the spare parts of list of products in conjunction with the Engineering area**
- **Keep in stock the quantity of spare parts of established companies.**
- **Develop technical team under responsibility**
- **Manage current resources assigned in the area and promote new investment**
- **Participation and promote in engineering changes**
- **Participation in design reviews for new projects**
- **Participate in Buy Off and Try Out of the new products**
- **Integrate lesson learned from tooling in new projects.**
- **Standardized tooling processes for validation, run and PM ́s improvements.**
- **Optimization man hour dedicated to PM and tool improvements
**Authority**:To stop and prohibit activities that could generate insecure acts or conditions or that could impact in a significant way to the environment and to stop and prohibit activities that could be a risk for the workers, environment or to the site installations.
