Motivate the collection staff and manage and critique and counsel individual collectors
- Appraising performance; Rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Interact with and provide performance results to clients, and internal staff as needed.
- Detect and communicate “systems” issues to senior management and the IT department
- Conduct one to one’s and prepare annual reviews for collectors located in the Scottsdale office
- Manage portfolio performance with the use of Phoenix reports including, but not limited to:

- Roll Rate, Daily Trending, Summary Delinquency, Collector Stats
- Understand and articulate collections reports including, but not limited to:

- Roll Rate, Daily Trending, Summary Delinquency, Collector Stats, Payments to delinquency accounts
- Enforce collections compliance including, but not limited to:

- TCPA, FDCPA, State Laws, Collections case law
- Serve as a backup to managers of the MCCT and the operations team as needed
- Run the Console (should eventually have the ability to demo the console and train console users)
- Run the Dialer (should eventually have the ability to demo the dialer and train dialer users)
- Perform all collections procedures as documented in the Global Procedures Folder, held by I/A
- Work closely with clients to discuss strategy, portfolio placement performance, communicate account escalations, process account review tier.
- Strong focus on implementing collection strategy and utilizing industry tools and best practices to optimize overall collection results.

**Qualification/Requirements**:

- **Must** be detail oriented and organized
- **Must** have excellent analytical skills
- **Must **be willing to travel 3-5 times a year
- An accounting or finance degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- collections experience (5 years), supervisory/management experience (3 years), predictive dialer management, a plus.
- Prior experience in performing quality assurance review
- Knowledge of FDCPA and State rules and regulations.
- Basic knowledge of Timeshare industry a plus.
- A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Must be highly motivated and capable of leadership by example.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to provide support and direction to develop and motivate a team.
- Ability to effectively present information, both written and oral, and respond to questions from clients, customers and department/group managers.
- Must be accurate, detail oriented, possess excellent organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently, Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Must be willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week when business conditions or special projects make such scheduling necessary.
- Must willing and able to travel to the Mexico City office and as required by clients/projects.

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month
