**As **a **Tech Support Representative, you will be performing the following activities**:
Software activation tasks in response to new dealer orders and add-ons.
Software deactivation tasks in response to dealer terminations.
Software account configuration changes in response to clients' requests and instructions.
- Answer inbound phone inquiries and create a support ticket in the web-based software to track all work and client communications.
- Follow established support processes to address all new inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Report/escalate issues you cannot resolve through the appropriate channels to level two support personnel or software development.
- Proactively identify ways to avoid the recurrence of customer issues by reviewing technical articles and recommending changes.
**SCHEDULE**:
- Monday to Saturday with 2 days off (rotative): 7:30 to 16:30._

**Minimum requirements**
