Senior Payroll Clerk- Fixed Term

**Proposito**: Bajo supervisión del coordinador de nóminas es responsable de pagar a los asociados apoyar en él mantenimiento y procesamiento de la nómina; así como mantener al día la base de datos y el archivo.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Responsable del mantenimiento de datos y proceso de la nómina para los empleados de la compañía.
- Elabora la transferencia del pago de nómina.
- Elabora plantillas para carga de incidencias manuales de nomina
- Mantiene al día los archivos de nóminas
- Calcula diferencias de nómina y realiza ajustes.
- Programa y coordina pagos de nómina con los proveedores externos.
- Se asegura del pago oportuno de obligaciones fiscales relacionadas con la nómina.
- Prepara reportes mensuales de ISR, INFONAVIT, SAR e ISN.
- Prepara el reporte y pago de FONACOT
- Desarrolla y mantiene procedimientos y procesos de trabajo relacionados con las tareas asignadas, incluyendo los controles internos de Sarbanes & Oxley.
- Cumple con las políticas, procedimientos y regulaciones de la compañía ya sean locales, estatales y federales, así como los procedimientos y Políticas de Seguridad e Higiene, Salud y Medio Ambiente, GMP’s, ISO, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Pasante y/o Carrera terminada contaduría, administración de empresas es requerido.
- 1-2 años de experiência en payroll o en un rol similar es requerido.
- Manejo de excel nível intermedio es requerido.
- Conocimiento de PeopleNet es preferible
