**Who we're looking for**:As a Tax Associate, you will collaborate with Tax Managers on daily tax considerations, compliance, company tax filings, state nexus, and ad hoc projects. Key qualifications include:

- Initiating and presenting effective tax planning strategies for diverse companies, founders, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Staying updated on the tax code to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
- Heavy experience in preparation and review, with broad knowledge of taxation (Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, K-1s).
- Experience in managing other tax professionals, internally and externally (preferred but not required).
- Bonus points if you've worked with early-stage companies.
