**Responsibilities**:

- Video Editing: Proficient in editing various formats (B-Roll, whiteboard, motion graphics, tutorials) using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphic Design & Animation: Skilled in creating animations and visual elements with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender.
- Content Optimization: Optimize videos for social media platforms, ensuring proper aspect ratios, resolution, and length.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and the Owner to conceptualize, execute, and align video projects with brand guidelines.
- File Management: Organize project files, manage workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on video production trends to enhance content quality and engagement.
- Project Management: Handle multiple creative projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and develop design standards and brand identity across all projects

**Requirements**:

- Must have digital design experience.
- Must understand digital best practices.
- At least 5 years of graphic design/video editing experience, expert knowledge in Adobe
- Designers must be available on relatively short notice and willing to work during the Arizona time zone.
- Hard worker, good work ethic, honest, organized, punctual with deadlines.
