**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Llevar un perímetro que atiene una línea de acción
- Levantamiento, análisis de proceso y propuesta ToBe
- Análisis de datos e información
- Presentación de avance para su línea de trabajo
- Definición de KPIs

**Retos del puesto**:

- Tener responsabilidad para llevar grandes cantidades de información
- Llevar procesos complejos
- Disponibilidad de tiempo
- Análisis de situación actual Identificación de puntos de dolor

**Conocimientos deseables**:

- Análisis de base de datos

**Conocimientos obligatorios**:

- Conocimiento en Metodología Agile
- Conocimiento/Manejo de Base de Datos
- Office: Excel Intermedio (Tablas dinámicas, formulas, Cruces, etc.).

**Escolaridad**:

- Licenciatura en Administración o Ingeniera industrial

**Experiência**:

- Mínima 1 año en levantamiento de procesos, análisis de información

**Esquema laboral**:
La vacante tiene un esquema laboral de asistencia híbrida, con sede en Corporativo Torre Reforma de Lunes - Viernes de 8:00 / 9:00 / 10:00 am - 5:00 /6:00 / 7:00 pm ( Esquema Híbrido 2 días presencial y 3 en Home Office)
