We are looking for you Be a part of a flourishing destination in a newly design forward Hotel & Wellness Center.
- **WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE**:_
- Coordinate and assist every department promoting a functional communication that guarantees an efficient daily operation.
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members.
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their experience at the hotel through regular contact with guests.
- Review guest complaints, concerns, or issues in order to make decisions about how to best respond to them. Follow up situations and reviews.
- Oversee the financial operations of the hotel: costs, purchases, payments, fiscal and billing. Revenue management.
- Coordinate with other departments such as human resources or marketing to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present sales & occupation reports (restaurant, hotel & wellness center) as human resources reports.
- Supervise the activities of employees on the front desk to ensure that they are greeting guests in a friendly manner and answering any questions they may have regarding hotel policies or services provided.
- Ensure that all guests are safe and secure while staying at the hotel.
- Assign rooms to guests based on availability or preferences as indicated in reservations. Supervise BoH daily activities.
- Ensure that the hotel is well-maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed.
- **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:_
- Proven experience as supervisor and years in Hospitality.
- Fluency in written and oral English.
- Impeccable writing skills.
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills and business mindset.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail.
- Degree in Business Administration or Hotel/Hospitality Management.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to set examples and foster a healthy culture of cooperation with staff.
- Knowledge of other languages (+French).
