Role Overview

**Propósito general**:
**Administrar las disciplinas de HSE y Calidad en la planta, el personal del área y mejorar continuamente el desempeño de HSE en la planta.**

**Finalidades del puesto**:

- **Informar a la gerencia de la planta y al personal las políticas y programas de HSE del Grupo. Validar adaptaciones, implementar y dar seguimiento a las políticas, objetivos, programas y herramientas de HSE. Proporcionar información al Gerente de HSE del GBU/Zona con respecto a las prioridades de HSE, el presupuesto y los recursos necesarios.**
- ** Desarrollar los objetivos, programas y herramientas de HSE específicos del sitio, y garantizar su implementación y seguimiento. Definir, implementar y dar seguimiento a programas de mejora de HSE. Proponer inversiones en HSE. Desarrollar e implementar planes de evaluación de riesgos y gestión de riesgos de HSE en el sitio y planes de emergencia del sitio. Desarrollar, implementar y monitorear programas de educación, concientización y participación en HSE para empleados y contratistas. Seleccionar y decidir los sistemas de gestión de HSE en el sitio.**
- ** Asegurar que todas las actividades del sitio respeten las regulaciones de HSE aplicables y las políticas de HSE de la empresa. Seguimiento y evaluación del impacto ambiental del sitio. Asegurar que se analizan los eventos de HSE y se toman las medidas correctivas. Organizar y realizar auditorías e inspecciones de HSE a nível de la planta, identificar áreas de mejora y recomendar medidas preventivas o correctivas.**
- ** Asegurar el intercambio de las mejores prácticas y experiências relevantes en la red de HSE. Seleccionar e implementar un sistema de información de HSE. Coordinar con otras plantas y Global HSE sobre cuestiones o problemas nuevos e importantes, y sobre programas de mejora.**
- ** Seleccionar y dar seguimiento a los KPIs de HSE y / o la metodología de monitoreo, e interpretar y reportar los resultados. Informar a la GBU y la administración del sitio ya Global HSE sobre el rendimiento, el cumplimiento, los programas de HSE. Representar a la planta ante las autoridades públicas con respecto a todos los asuntos de HSE incluida la negociación de acuerdos, bajo la delegación de su jerarquía. Coordinar el buen manejo de reclamos y "litigios". Asegurar un diálogo permanente con todos los grupos de interés, bajo la delegación de su jerarquía.**
- ** Definir objetivos para, liderar, motivar, entrenar, desarrollar y evaluar a los miembros de su equipo. Asegurar que el conocimiento y la experiência se mantengan, desarrollen e intercambien dentro del equipo. Participar en la selección, rotación y promoción del personal a cargo.**
- ** Coordinador del Sistema de Administración de Responsabilidad Integral.

**Aspectos relevantes del entorno**:
**Industria de transformación de operación continua dedicada a la producción de ácido fluorhídrico y sus derivados. El control del proceso es fundamental para operar bajo cumplimiento de la normatividad ambiental la cual es regulada por la autoridad federal.
**La actividad predominante de la zona es la industria maquiladora y el comercio, son pocas industrias de transformación existentes en la ciudad
**Se requiere desarrollar al personal para operar los diferentes procesos de la empresa y formarlos bajo los estándares de seguridad con que opera la empresa.
