We are on the mission of finding an Internal Talent Manager for our North America business In this role, you will be supporting our Delivery organization in building high-performing teams and leading the internal mobility processes that help our talent to flow seamlessly from project to project. You will work closely with our Capability Leaders, Engagement Managers, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams and would be a key player in helping our internal talents with the new opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the go-to person for our resourcing needs
- Support staffing strategy (internal mobility; external recruitment; using partners)
- Understand and track resource demand of ongoing projects and upcoming business opportunities
- Partner with the global Talent Management team to understand company staffing demands and priorities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition organization to provide up-to-date demand information, manage priorities and requests
- Coordinate, track, and facilitate movement of employees between projects and/or the bench
- Advocate bench rules and monitor its efficiency, optimizing the bench against future project requirements
- Communicate new opportunities to the internal community
- Contribute to creating an internal data-driven talent marketplace

Qualifications:

- Similar experience in the software development company
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Fluent English and Spanish skills
- Experience creating processes and new data to support resourcing
- Dynamic “can do” problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills and empathetic personality
- Strong internal networking and relationship-building skills
