**Mission**:
Implement and be responsible for the Fraud Prevention Strategy Process for the Market
Work together with Complaints Management to proactively create improvements, controls, and processes to create a significant risk reduction for the Operational risk
Recommend strategy, process, and systems changes with clearly articulated tradeoffs, risks, and expected outcomes

What You'll Do
Create insightful analysis that aids management decision-making, improves performance, and reduces Operational Risk for Tala México
Define and implement a complete end-to-end E2E Fraud Preventionprocess to manage internal and external approaches (including internal as a company, external entities, internal employees, and First Party partners)
Learn and manage operational reports, handle requests for complementary information, ad-hoc analysisor improvements
Ensure monthly reporting of Fraud Prevention effectiveness and prioritize different solutions based on insights and improvement opportunities coming from Operational Status
Develop a clear and insightful Tala risk matrix considering both present working norms and after outcomes are completed

What You'll Need
Experience managingFraud Prevention / Customer Service/ Customer Complaints (preferred at a regulatory level)
Experience creating and developing policies procedures
Experience in trend analysis and alerts in early fraud and detection
Advanced English skills

**Nice to have**:
Experience with Fraud Prevention roles
Experience with regulatory compliance
Experience in Customer Service and Problem solver
