Quality Manager

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Quality System, ensuring product quality and process quality meet business, regulatory and customer objectives. Directly manages IQC (Incoming Quality Control), PQC (Process Quality Control) OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) processes and Supplier Quality to drive continuous improvement.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assuring the Quality of product and processes
- Leading the Quality Team Daily Gemba and reporting on daily metrics
- Generating monthly quality reports supporting factory and Company metrics
- Coordinating customer audits and visits
- Management representative for ISO 9001 Quality System
- Assure compliance of Quality System to ISO 9001 requirements
- Main contact for actions and responses to customer issues
- Manages Calibration, Document Control, IQC, OBA, Technical Support Eng, RMA and Quality Systems Department.
- Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
**SKILLS**:
Fluency in English is a requirement:

Other requirements:
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets the most complex documents;
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints;
- Ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- ISO 9001 Certification.
- Excellent at resource allocation and utilization, keep the team working efficiently.
- Strong database and MS - office skills. Ability to learn systems quickly with limited guidance
- Verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to initiate process improvement plans and drive for change.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
- A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with mínimal direction.
- Highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Working in electronics industry at manager level position for 5+ years in foreign company which employees’ scale at medium-size (300~1000 employees), US / European enterprise working experience is a plus.
- Strong working background at quality system setup. Very experienced working with customers, and keep the good relationship with them
